Easy Relaxation Exercise
When you’re in good health, stress in your life will be easier to manage.
If gluten is a problem for you, and you go gluten free, in time you may find, as I did, that your stress levels go down in general.
But healthy or not, if you’re stressed, there are quick and simple relaxation techniques that you can use.
No need to learn long and complicated forms of meditation – simply use the easy stress management relaxation technique, courtesy of Intuition Journal, below.
It may take a little bit of practice to really let go and fully relax, but by focusing on this exercise for a while instead of your worries, you’ll have a simple, gentle escape.
Let’s begin …
Read the following while you play music that you find relaxing. Have the lights turned down low. Arrange things so you won’t be disturbed for a while.
Relaxing now…
Breathe …
Notice your breathing ….
Close your eyes briefly and just pay attention to your breathing of one full in breath, and one full out breath, then open your eyes …
Relax…
Relaxing…
Letting go of negative energy….
Breathing in relaxing positive energy….
And letting go …. breathing out any stresses… and tensions ….
With the outbreath … stress leaves your body ….
And breathing in …
In relaxing … happy …. energy
You are bathed in a light relaxing energy…
You smile and let go …
Relaxing…
Now feel your body ….
Your feet on the ground ….
Your hips … your back … your shoulders and arms …
All much more relaxed now…
You look around …. remaining relaxed and centered ….
At peace …
Now go about your day ….
Taking that feeling of relaxation and peace with you…
