Glutenfree Stores: 10 Reasons to Shop On Amazon
1. Competitive prices on many gluten free foods and related items + the option to Subscribe and Save: sign-up to reorder an item at a specific interval (every 1-6 months) and save up to 15% more on that item.
2. Enormous list of vendors selling pretty much everything you want to buy, including many gluten free foods and products that I recommend on this site.
3. Site is fairly easy to navigate and Search function works well. This can’t be said about many online stores. It’s important to be able to zero in on what you want as quickly as possible. This is impressive considering how huge the site is.
4. Alerts about related and complimentary products. Amazon does this incredibly well. I discover excellent products that I had no idea about thanks to this feature. Sure, Amazon does this to make more money but if it helps me find something that is useful, I can’t fault them. It’s helpful, like a good salesperson would be.
5. Customer reviews
6. Secure payment processing
7. Fast shipping. Lightening fast at times. Sometimes the goods arrive the day before I order them. ;)
8. Good order tracking. This is very handy and reassuring. Many online stores and companies aren’t very good about informing customers if their orders have been shipped or not.
9. Fair return policy
10. Amazon Associates Program. This is an affiliate program. You sign up for free and earn a small commission on products that you recommend to others. You can apply your earnings to an Amazon gift card that will go toward your own future online purchases. So, essentially your earnings can function like a discount or you’ll earn so much that you can cover your purchases in full.
